Need your help fellows. Cricket shroud shrunk "shrunk" almost 2 inches!

Well, I actually added a plenum power tune extention from Ernest Rowe, and now the airtube is longer than the shroud by 1.75 inches. It looks really funny. What would be the most cost effective way of fixing that? Neil clague quoted me 100$ plus shipping to extend it and add a thread and thread protector on the end which is very reasonable, but perhaps there is an even better option? Maybe someone has used grub screw type on they want to sell? Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks!

My .22. I did it to my .25 years ago, but the shroud was long enough that even with the plenum on the airtube, the shroud was still JUST longer. Maybe by less than half inch or so.

if the shroud tube attaches to the barrel like the Mrod or the Guantlet, then just slide that assembly forward until they line up then tighten down again......



the 2 inches of barrel showing wil be less obvious than the shorter shroud tube

you will need an adapter (~$45)for the barrel to the LDC, a DonnyFL Koi $150, and a Carbon Fiber Tube ($30)

Get a DonnyFL screws right on and matches the diameter perfectly. I don't have a picture handy but it is a perfect fit.
