Need Some Input

So I just picked up a Benjamin NP XL 1500 in .22 and bought the straight shooters pellet pack to find what it likes best but here's my dilemma I already have a sumo from donnyfl and if I take of all the stock shrouds the sumo will screw right on would like to get it quiter if possible. But do I try the pellets with the stock stuff or the sumo or some with stock and some with the sumo. Thanks all

If you are going to use the Sumo because it is quieter than the stock setup, test with the Sumo setup. If not test with stock set-up. In other words test and chose your pellet based on which set up you chose as harmonics will be different for each setup.

I know that's the tough part I don't know if the sumo will be quieter since its barrel to sumo donny said it may need a longer one but don't want to buy any right now
