Need new compressor

My ,nearly new 7 year old, AV 4500 has taken a crap. I'm replacing the high pressure Reed when it gets here. I'm hoping to get this season with it. However, if it's a dead bed bug, does anyone have suggestions towards the tuxting models? I am fully happy with my AV service and would entertain another or many other brands. 1/2 price for the tuxting. Inclined to go that way. I believe they are making a lot of the compressors.

Not a Tuxing, but still a very nice compressor for the price! The GX Pumps CS-4. It runs cool, fills to 400 BAR and can fill large tanks if needed.

It's on sale and with the discount code GX10OFF it takes another 10% off, so $540.00 shipped. I've had mine since March and it's been very reliable.

Jking, did all that this spring. This thing got hot while I walked away for just a couple of minutes. After the # of fills ( hundreds) I'm not averse to letting an old dog die. I'll spring a little on it but not much. Has to be dependable.this was 1 of the first AV's.
I have tuxing gun filler, I need a bottle filler!

I absolutely love my EC3000 Air Venturi by Hill. I received a damaged in shipping unit by Pyramyd Air and they totally took care of me. They paid return shipping and credited my charge (I ordered another refurb unit so I didn’t have to wait for them to send a replacement). The second unit has worked awesome since I got it. Maybe have 50 hours or so on it now.

I have both the CS3 (3+ years) and the CS4 (6 months). The CS4 is a lot heavier duty, faster filling (although slower cyclic rate) and it has on board, sealed water cooling. For the price difference, the CS4 is more than worth it. I have filled my 45 in SCBA bottle with the CS3 - but it took several 30 mins runs with cooling rest periods, to do so. I have no issue with running the VS4 without a break for an hour or more.
