I have Priest2 performance and I’m upgrading it to the Prophet, I know that the prophet cocking is half way and you can see the pellet pusher pin goes all the way in while cocking back toward you, in my case it is not going all the way in but half way forcing me to pull it more so I can get to the next pellet, i just want to know how does the part SL31 looks like in the prophet? If I compare between the priest2 and the prophet on exploded view manual they look different but on my priest2 had the same in the prophet, I asked air gun of Arizona to send me the prophet part(SL31) and they did send me the same one I had, Mr Rob at RTI mention to me that the reason why the cocking in the prophet is half way cause it has a different probe block ( SL31), I’m really confused and I need your help guys am I missing something here, can anybody post a picture how does the probe block looks like in their prophet.

The exploded picture is for the prophet and the probe block is for the priest2

thank you very much

There’s more to it than just a probe block. I believe the Prophet has a faster lock time than a Priest. That translates into many more things as you travel down stream. Different hammer, spring, valve and porting to make it all work together. A Prophet will do what a Priest does but at almost 20b less on the reg. That doesn’t happen by changing a probe block.

There is a YouTube video on changing to a side lever. I can pull the side plate on mine this afternoon and take a few pics if that would help. I have the Priest 2 with the side lever and large plenum. My hammer spring is very stout, and the sharp spring edge had gouged the hell out of the inside of the hammer. This gun was third hand and had led a very hard life before coming to me.
