Update........thank you all again for the encouragement and pellets. The MRI was completed and yes, I'm getting a new knee. At the follow up with the surgeon more x-rays were taken. I thought you guys might enjoy seeing a Sheridan pellet in a leg. Enjoy.View attachment 517613

WOW!

I'm guessing that the surgeon will remove that life-long pellet from its place of residence?
At least you're finally able to have the needed (kneeded?) surgery.
Hoping that your recovery is mild and swift.
