need help in filling fx impact

After viewing a YouTube video of a user submerging his Impact underwater , I called FX USA and asked about the procedure. I was told by the technician to never submerge the rifle for any reason.
To your question, 5-10 seconds does seem much to short a period of time for any temperature change to affect a pressure drop, especially 50 bar.
I would suspect some issue with the gauges. Are you reading the rifle gauge or a SCBA gauge? Or both?

, as there are no fx dealer or service centre in my area, i was reading the rifle gauge, as soon as i turn off the air tank valve the gauge started droping to 200 bar and stop to 200 bar, i cannot fill my gun more than 200 bar, even if i fill to lets say 220,230 ish, always drop to 200 bar and stop there.. but i usef to fill my gun to 250 bar full before never had a problem like these.. need help

If the Impact gauge drops to 200 bar after being removed from the fill source (this is immediately after filling the gun) and remains there, I don't think you have any leak. If the air pressure continues to drop while the gun sits unused, that might indicate a problem.
When I fill my Delta Wolf to 250 bar, the needle on the gauge begins to drop over the next minute or so until it settles at around 240 bar. I would have to fill the gun to around 260+ bar to get it to settle at 250 bar when it has cooled after being filled.
Based on what you've stated so far, I don't think you have a leak problem.
I'm far from any expert on PCP's, however I have a little experience with the FX Impact.😉

If you did dunk your entire gun into water I hope you have plans to completely take that gun apart, I mean every sub part in pieces, to wipe down any moisture left over and relube the gun with fresh lube.

Put it this way, when I say in pieces, I mean you have a shoebox full of the entire impact and the barrel off to the side, yes, that much in pieces, for if you don’t, you will have rusted and seized up fasteners in no time, which will be way worse than the little leak you have or might have. This is probably why FX doesn’t suggest doing that.

Not trying to scare you, but make you more aware in that the next time you have a leak ask first on the forums the best way to try and find it. The guy on YouTube that dunks his impact if it’s the right guy he knows how to completely disassemble his impact in his sleep so no biggie for him to take it to pieces and dry as he reassembles.

What would suck is if one day you sold that gun and the internals are all rusted. Not fair for the new owner.

thanks guys for all the suggestion, i read the correct guage not the regulator guage, i think bamavet55 is right, as soon as i removed frm the fill source (air tank) and bleed the remaining air frm the hose, the pressure started drop to 200 bar and stop to 200( i fill the gun to 220, 230 ish ) there is no leak, i kept the gun overnight no further drop in pressure and fill again same thing happen, it so weired, there is no bottle leak , oh i use 580cc bottle 250bar but it should hold 250 bar of air i suppose, i switch the bottle to 480cc but 480cc is fine it can hold 250bar pressure.. is there anyone experience the same problem ?? just want to know their experience .. how they fixed it, there are no fx dealer in my area.. by the way my impact is a mk2 bought it brand new 6 month.
