Need help how to rebuild pump on freedom nova / seneca aspen

New to site as well as new to the pcp world. I'm looking for a tutorial/dyi information on how to rebuild the pump on my Seneca Aspen. What I've read that the Nova freedom and the Aspen same gun A member just posted that he had just finished rebuilding his freedom Nova . Any information / tutorial as I'm going to have to learn how to repair this gun would be greatly appreciated as I know I'm not the only member that would that's interested in this information Thanks
