Nearly new FX IMPACT .22 leaks off

I have a good friend that purchased an FX Impact .22 recently. Immediately upon disconnecting the foster fitting, it will leak down 50 lbs or so, and then continue to leak off gradually after that. Any ideas of where to start looking for the issue?

The gun probably doesn't have half of a tin of pellets through it yet

No i have not tried soupy water

I would take the airtank off and bleed the plenum, than you can remove with quick fill (male foster) fitting from the block hopefully. Maybe a 14mm? Check to see if the check valve is leaking. Should have a white oring there that might be damaged or have some crap stuck there.

Soapy water is great at finding leaks as suggested above.

The fastest way to get to the heart of the matter" Charge the gun up,get a pan of hot" water and stick the barrel fill prob, and front of tube in the water and look for leaks"if it coming out of the barrel ya got real problems"
