This picture was taken in 2010....like to share because a lot people didn't even know they made this model which in my opinion was better than the TX 200!!!!! I had 3 TX 200 it out shoot them all at 35 yards!!! Scope was konus 6-24 when they made them in South Korea great glass!!! Tough scope too. Now they made of China 🤮🤮

Diana 98?

Diana model 48SL

I only ever heard it mentioned once or twice on the Dianawerk Collective.

Scroll down this page and there is a small pic of one

They list it in the Blue Book as well

Post in thread 'RWS Diana 48 .20 cal has got me inspired' https://www.airgunnation.com/threads/rws-diana-48-20-cal-has-got-me-inspired.874159/post-875068

I thought I may have seen it referred to as a Feild target model. Can’t remember were…
Yup 👍 they wanted go against the HW98. I think Diana was using a better barrel for this rifle too and the Tigger even though it was the T01 Tigger it was set to break like glass. Man that gun loved the crosman premieres 10.5. At 35 yards no problem sacking pellets in a group smaller than a dime. I which to harder targets at 40 yards multicolor thumb tacks with the small heads or BB's....

It looks like a Diana 75 air rifle for a 10-meter competition. Side lever, and with the dual piston recoil elimination. Some call it the Giss system. They are not on everyone's rack, but than not very rare. I know of several that are owned. I understand that they shoot very nicely.
This rifle was the 48SL it shot 10.5gr crosman premieres at 840fps. It's was a tack driver for sure. It out shoot 3 TX200 I had and a HW97. Those days long gone now.
