N50 Pro Slug card and group

Got to shoot this morning for a little. This is probably the smallest 25 shot group I have ever shot at 50y. It measures .145” ctc…or about .275 Moa.

The N50 card confirms things were, indeed, doing well. The second sighter from the bottom on the left was 15 shots. Target scored a 250 22x.

What a sub par 25 shot group Mike. Man, that thing isn't even round, and definitely bigger than the .22 caliber you were shooting.

Just kidding, AMAZING group and impressive shooting.

I also shot these 3 consecutive 25 shot groups the day before. The middle one is pretty close to the same size as the one I first posted. You can see one of the idiosyncrasies of the slug gun in the successive groups when looking at the position of the .485” button centered over the group. I held left and right for each group depending on wind, but maintained my vertical poa. The gun very slowly picks up speed as you shoot. The first group started about 885, then progressed to 920 or so by the last shot of the 3rd group. This is due to varying barrel friction and the lube. You have to be aware of this when shooting a card.

I was able to apply a patented filter to Lou's picture and see what was painted on the aircraft before the Air Force covered it up... Conspiracy theories or not?? THEY are out THERE....

Another slug card today in 3-6 wind. One close one….but the rest were tight.
