My old D48 still has it

Bought in 1992, marked made in west germany. John in Pa tuned. First 30 shots out of the tin. You will see that it took the cold rifle two shots to settle to zero. Years ago I was asking about "cold bore" shots on GTA and was almost laughed off the forum. Seems that "cold bore" shots are a reality with this fine old rifle.

+1 on the 48's cornporn. First nice shooting and gun. Mine is the older model in .177 with the t01 trigger. This was one of Fangs last tube. Sporting a jm grt spring she push jsb 10.3 @ 875 for 18 fpe. This target at 70 yds after zero the worked over 4in1 at same distance. The t01 trigger is soooo nice.

I always enjoy seeing pictures of your range. Great layout. It's been cold up here. Supposed to get a hard cold snap next week again.

Nice rifle! Yes that T01 trigger is great. This 48 is the one that I head shot that squirrel with at 79 yards in the video. Remember? It had the X-Sight on it then. I think I was shooting Wallmart pellets in that one if I remember correctly. =) Great rifles!
