Yes lol, of course. Alot of german jews moved to israel. Lets just say during a different time of history... My grandmother and her parents ran away from Plauen. Beautiful area in germany for sure. I went to see it after she passed away. She wanted to go back to see her birthplace but never made it back. So i did it for her. Germany is a gorgeous country. I havent had the chance to visit Austria yet or Switzerland. On my list to do.
