Anyway, after sending the gun to Wildcat Wizard CHUCK for a tuning, yes he is now messing with Impacts, I could not wait to take my Baby out. I went out with some Nielsen slugs in 47,, 49.5,, 54.5 and 55 grain. On top of the Impact I threw a Bushnell Accelerated 4X Prismatic scope sighted in at 50 yards.
Right of the back the 47g. we’re no good, not much of a group. The 55g were not much better. The 49.5 and the 54.5 showed some promise so they were it.
I need a hard hitting HOG gun so I told CHUCK I need power and accuracy, not too concerned with a high shot count. As is I get a good 23, 24 good shots. I won’t be shooting 23 of anything in one hunt so that don’t bother me.
I’ll post the pictures of the last shots with the 49.5 and the 54.5, she just might be ready for some Hogs. Those are 5 shot groups, just need some fine tuning.
