My New Project FWB Springer

Gun arrived today . Unbelievable condition after I cleaned her up and polished exterior metal with Flitz ...Beautiful natural patina . I'm going to leave metal as-is .
Walnut stock has Zero marks on it ...Gun was for sure a safe queen . I scoped it and tried a few pellets , shows great promise !! I'll polish and work on insides next few days .
Shot cycle is a tad bit jumpy , probably needs seals . I'll update later next week

Joe....as a self taught airgun pathogist, I am here by diagnosing you as having contracted an incurable contagious virus based disease. Feinwerkbau-acquisition-disorder...as yet non fatal but if left untreated can result in financial ruin, domestic violence, divorce and social isolation. You appear to be in the early stages of the disease....
Sticken myself, I've had no less 12 FWB branded guns...after some "group" therapy, I struggled, but was able to reduce my lot to a mere 8.
The 601 I bought new in 1985, the 124 I paid $40 for....but the 6 remaining 300/150s is where my disease has been arrested.
You may find that all the 300s shoot equally well, but on rare occasion one will end up shooting in the 720fps range...this does not help with the disease.....also on some still morning your guns may turn in some 3/8in. 50 yd groups...this doesn't help with the disease.
Neglecting all other airguns you may own, even pitying them, is a difinative symptom...
Seek help immediately....or buy another one so the disease can run its course....(btw, nice score)
