For the comment about the marauder needing better grain in the stock, it’s surprisingly nice after a refinish. Wish Benjamin wouldn’t stain them with that mud color. I know it’s not everybody’s preference but I like lighter colored stocks, here’s mine after a refinishing:

That did turn out nice! What finish did you use over the stain?

It was a tru oil kit. Probably spent about 2 weeks total finishing, sanding, refinishing, etc.

Marauder is a great platform. Mine's about 7 years old, and probably has 5000 or 6000 rounds through it. Just modded it with a regulator, hill springs, and hill hammer. Now, get 60 reliable shots with JSB 18 grain at about 830 fps. Extremely happy at the moment! I also have an Impact, but Marauder was first and still love the gun. Great choice!

Holy cow that stock turned out awesome! I kept having changing poi issues so I picked up a barrel band and it all went away. Also mine liked the jsb 18.1’s but found out later it LOVED the 15.89’s, try them out if you haven’t yet.
