My last covid unemployment project is complete

I've been keeping my airguns leaning against a wall, beside a cabinet in my living room. As I started replacing cheaper guns with better ones, I decided this was unacceptable. As my last project before returning to work this week, I decided to make a gun rack for my prod, bantam sniper and hw100.

Off to the shed to grab some boards, wood glue and some nails....and I'm no woodworker for sure. This was the result after hanging it up last night. I'm pretty happy what a few hours of work and $10 in supplies got me.

The wife isn't too thrilled about a gun rack in the living room, but she thought it was nice anyway. Although she was curious why I would build a gun rack with an extra space. I should wait a while to fill her in on that.

Thanks. Woodworking isn't my thing, so I was pretty happy with how it turned out.

Slot#4....haha. I'm thinking an eastern European bullpup to round out the collection.....leyla, cricket, veteran, etc. Any suggestions? It may take a while to convince the wife that the empty slot needs filled though....

Better yet-make it modular-you add a section when the new gun comes so there's always an empty slot. Then hope she doesn't notice the rack getting wider.....

Also-hats off to getting it put up in the living room, my lady would never go for that! Fortunately the man cave has plenty of room.

It’s an Atlas. I think a BT10, but am not positive of the model. Fantastic bipod in my humble opinion.

The gun rack is looking better these days since I’ve discovered hydro dipping...

My wife has actually asked me to build a corner cabinet/rack of some type to put my airguns in. Something about keeping them in one place instead of every availible corner and behind every door in the house.
