My Git-R-Done gun is finished

I just checked and $$600+ is beyond (light years) what I've paid thus far for optics. Afraid I'd get 'spoiled' if I tried one.

Street price is $499. Have found them on sale for $440-$450. Really for what you get an amazing scope for the price. But once you go to a nicer scope you definitely won't go back. I used UTG and Discovery scopes for years and once goin to fixed power SWFAs and Athlons, I won't go back.

Okay, that's better! I hate having different holdover for different magnification, seriously stooooooopid idea.

I never dial, can't remember where the hell I started from. Hopeless.

I bought it, got it and cannot wait to shoot the starling in the rafters where they hang out over the tops of the cows. They are clever and sneaky and it's a NO HOLES IN THE ROOF kind of place! Gotta hit 'em 100% and like you said this will 'open a world' of new shot opportunities.

Good day today with the Taipan again. Got to shoot it a good maybe 45-60min over the course of 9hrs today and just impresses me everytime. Absolutely rock solid with this setup for testing.

Anyways wanted to try 3 pellets at 50yds, go to AA 16gr, Hades and CPHPs. AA 16gr clearly are the best

Hades did ok not great

CPHPs did fairly well minus the one that dropped lower. Decent enough for pigeons out to 50yds.

Also got to try it out at the low power tune shooting the 16gr at 620fps (or 640fps I can't remember but think it was 620fps) and did very well with all pellets out to 35yds. 25yds is a 1 MIL drop compared to my zero at 50yds at 880fps with same pellets. 35yds is 2 MIL. At 50yds I noticed spiraling so don't think I'll use it much past 30yds anyways.

Well updated the build to be the ultimate little pester. Got a DonnyFL LDC adapter for it then got a Huma Mod 40 for it. Right now it's in it's super short size being 4". Adding pieces I can make it about 5.7" and 7.3". Then off eBay found a guy making 3D printed stuff for Taipans. Got my self a cheek piece, and 2 mag holders that hold 3 each also a fill probe holder. Really nice stuff. f3d-printing is the eBay seller if anyone is interested.
