My first experience with PyramidAir

I am rewriting this with a cooler head and all my money refunded after about two months. I can’t say it’s entirely on them, however, if I hadn’t written this year in the first place or made such a stink, I am pretty confident I would still not have my money back. I ordered a notos and some other goodies back in July. Gun came with a leak and when I called the next day, they told me to just shoot it so I did. Lo and behold it still had a leak so I called back and they offered to exchange it. I was super busy and didn’t have time to deal with it, and felt quite turned off by the leaky new gun so I opted to return everything. I received a partial refund about a week to a week and a half later. When I called to ask where the rest of the money was since everything was sent together and they had clearly received it, they said they had to issue it separately for some strange reason that didn’t really fully get explained or makes sense and that I would see the money in a couple days. After going back-and-forth through multiple phone calls and emails I was able to get them to re-issue the refund, which they had stated had already been issued and wasn’t on them but magically showed up on my credit cardafter I bitched enough and they said they re-issued it. The next day it was no longer pending or on my credit card. I called back again and bitched more and they said it just needed more time. I called back and emailed a few days later when there was still no change and ended up writing this review here. This was what finally triggered a refund to show up that actually seems to have stuck. Maybe it’s coincidence? But it seems like I didn’t get my money back until I made a huge deal and a public display of it or just terrible timing for them. I sent my products back well over a month ago, paid off the credit card bill, and purchased more products from them based on the conversations I had and the assurances that were given. There was no follow up in a timely manner until I came here. My second order that I would not have placed had I not believe the refund was already coming, did go flawlessly, but as I stated, probably wouldn’t have made it if I didn’t believe that they had re-issued the refund. Part of why I am so upset is that multiple people continued to blame that I used Apple Pay, when I didn’t I just used my iPhone and a credit card, and evidently that was not the reason I didn’t get my refund, because they were able to issue it eventually. I don’t think they are a dishonest company and I think they have decent customer service, but the way this was handled in how much it kept getting put back on me to deal with is unacceptable. Once they had my product back, it’s on them to ensure I get my money back and follow up in a timely manner not wait until I’m so pissed that I write a nasty review which actually gets their attention.
