I’m at my wits end with this company and their incompetence. I ordered a notos back at the end of July, received a leaky gun, called the next day was told to just shoot it and it would be fine. I shot 5 clips through it, filled and checked the next day… leaked down about 1k psi. Called back and they said send it to us and we’ll send a new one leak tested. I waited a few days and decided I wanted to return everything after speaking to them more. I shipped everything back to them and waited… and waited… finally a refund for $148 come through, out of the $400 of stuff I returned. Ok? I called them to see what the deal was, they said it had to be refunded in two separate transactions or some non sense and just wait a couple days. Check again, nothing. A week and half go by, nothing. I call back and they reissue to refund which magically showed up as pending on my account immediately. Next day, it’s gone again. I keep calling and getting the run around and now I’ve been emailing them. Their stance now, they’ve emailed me receipts showing they’ve issued me to refund, they have my gun, I’ve paid off my credit card and no refund. **** this company. Now I have to call my credit card company to contest the charge. Unbelievable, I thought these guys were so big bc they weren’t pulling poop like this… is it just my luck?
