Here is the video about Club Vostok Airgun Varmint Stage 3, where I've got 2 golds with my Daystate Redwolf and bronze with my slug gun (something went wrong). You will see crystal crisp picture through KAHLES Sport Shooting scope recorded with RusBear's ScopeCam.Pro of the winner shooting in two divisions (a) 18 gr pellets and (b) 25gr pellets.
Rules are simple: 1,5" steel targets on the distance from 50 to 120 meters with the step of 10 meters. 6 minutes, 12 pellets - hit all the targets one by one.

Well there are 2 problems: first and the main - is to win. We have a proverb in Russia and it is very wise as for me: don't share the skin of an unkilled bear.

If I will be able to solve the first, there is the second: customs and taxes. It is possible to ship any car from the US to Russia by sea, but get Mahindra to Russia, certificate it here to be able to use, get special driver's permission here will cost more than Mahindra itself. So there is no sence in it.

Today I'm absolutely sure that I'm in my best shooter's shape ever, and 100% ready for any challenges and to compete with the best of the best. I've never got 238 and 8x on full size target in the open field, that was amazing!

Only 3 days left till my big adventure begins. Time to pack my baggage.

Nikolay.

I am very sorry you did not get to bring your Red Wolf. I realize the FX is a great rifle but when you have spent two years shooting a Red Wolf changing rifles just before the competition is not a good thing!

You should have brought your barrel and tuner and I would have loaned you my Red Wolf.

I realize hindsight is 2020 and I am sorry I did not realize the problems you were having until it was to late to do anything to help. I wish you the best of luck in the future competitions.

Thank you.

Wayne

Hard to say how Nicolay would have done with his highly modified .22 Red Wolf HP. It’s very hard to compare scores due to wind conditions at different ranges. It seems at home he was scoring in the upper 220s in competition and even shot a 238 in his last competition with the Red Wolf. That could be compared against how he did in competition in the USA, two rounds in Utah at 100 yards and one round in Arizona at 100 yards. His 3 round average was 217.7. Perhaps conditions were harder here, perhaps his Impact M3 wasn’t quite as good (for him) as his Red Wolf, or even a combination of both. He did shoot the fourth highest score at 100 yards in the EBR final and finished second in the Pro Class - congrats and great shooting! I would have really liked to see how he would have done with his Red Wolf at RMAC and EBR. ;)
