Qualls I was looking for a 177 last night so I could shoot cheap then you tell me this you just made my day.

I recently was comparing .177 and .22 pellets. Very little price difference. .22’s hit a bit harder but your shot count is less too.

No doubt 22 is far more versatile and CPHP is super out of the superior barrel even out to 100 yards if condition permits. But 177 still a lot safer and quieter for backyard. You are 100% correct that there is little different between 22 and 177 ammo price, just safety margin.
