This is the DIY iPhone scope cam mount made with a PVC end cap that plugs into a 1 1/2 to 1 1/4 rubber reducer and then I drilled a hole in the center of the PVC end cap for the camera lens and then drilled a couple holes through the end cap and phone case and screwed it together with two small machine srews.
