got this giant sow tonight with my wildcat .25@ 61 yard head shot. I've been hunting this critter for 3 weeks after getting only a glimpse at it running away with only a crippling body shot available at 50 yrds decided to wait for a ethical shot. 3 weeks later and a 3 hour wait it paid off. It appeared and took one right through the ear as I was calling it a day to go home. I love this damn gun!

+1. Nice shot. In the head and out the left side? I don't think the body shot would've been crippling. It would've been lights-out. The only thing is that the lights might've gone out after she went down her hidey-hole.

Thanks Smaug. That's what I referring to on the body shot, I couldn't believe just how big it was so I knew I had to get my hands on it. The shot was actually impacted on the right side of the head, and upon approaching the chuck there was significant blood spray 4 ft high on some ragweed it was standing by. I want to try a European mount on the scull to hang in my mancave so I will figure out if the pellet exited or not.
