My attempt at N50

Had some free time this afternoon and since I received my new scoring plugs from Mike and Joe I decided to head to the range and see what my Cricket 2 and Uragan could do. Wind was swirling 5-10 and it was mid 40’s so my fingers had a difficult time loading mags. Shot two cards with each rifle. I used 18 JSBs in the Cricket and 34 FX pellets in the Uragan with as shipped tunes.I was testing slugs in the Cricket at the top of the first target and also testing 25 MRD’s which I will try shooting next time out.

Thanks for the kind comments. I’m certainly not an accomplished BR shooter like a lot of you folks are but I am having a lot of fun.

I threw together the holder after I received my plugs. Had visions of them rolling off the bench and losing the darn things. At least the holder should keep them handy until I knock the entire holder off the bench ;(

Didn’t want to start a new topic just for one card. Thought I’d try with pellets. But it was at end of EFT practice. Shot one card .22 DS Red Wolf HP with JSB RDMs. Only had a 0.30 scoring plug so I used that. No wind flags and that hurt. Shot 242-4X. Should get better since I was prone off a bipod. I like the targets. Winds about 10 mph but not swirling.
