I'm looking to trade or sell a Vortek tuned 177 R1 that's in nice shape for a 177 Hw50 in at least as good a shape cosmetically. I'm gonna soft tune the 50 so broken springs and bad seals is fine. The R1 is too big and hard to cock for me to enjoy.
Disclosure, I just chronographed the R1. It's shooting 14-15 fpe with FTTs and 8.44 Exacts respectively which is light for the cocking effort. I suspect the piston seal should be replaced. You can replace it or I can if you want. It's negotiable.
