MTC Viper Pro parallax "feature" ***update**

Quick thoughts and experience with the MTC Viper Pro scope.

Mine had sloppy parallax adjustment as well. you could turn it almost half circle before you could feel it 'grip' .

Mine has the same problem. I'd like a fix as well.

I tried the Viper and had the same problem. Turned out if I tightened the front ring it would bind the adjustment. Try backing off the front ring cap screws and see if it helps.
​I ended up taking it off and putting on a Hawke problem solved.

MTC sent me a replacement and it's awesome.
The parallax adjustment is super ssmooth and much easier. The illuminated reticle control button is much easier to push, and always works.

The weather is too crappy to do the box test etc, but I expect it will work fine.

Im guessing the person that assembled the original had a few too many pints the night before.
