Ok. I decided to stretch the legs of my Mrod air varmint this afternoon. Shot 3 five shot groups at 41 yards of the back of a chair. This little Jewel continues to amaze me.

The one thing this PCP lacks is a decent suppressor. Replacing it with an after-market one is all but a necessity. By the way, with the right pellet, those groups will shrink to about half those pictured.

The M rods still are great performers. I have one in each gauge (177 and 22 gen 1, 25 armada) and only shoot targets to 50 yards and depending on the conditions i get half to .7 groups all day.
I do shoot empty milk gallon containers at anywhere from 75 to 100 yards and hit it 8 of 10 times all day.
I think they are pretty quite, but noise on the farm isn't an issue, the cows make way more noise than the Mrod, lol.
Simple, reliable guns.

On the noise. I notice it was improved when I clipped the hammer spring. So impressed I also have one coming in .22.
