mr hollow point and bulldog taurus

The makers of the taurus claim 1/2 inch group at 100 yards with an unregulated gun ,Mr hollowpoint has the shot string list it drops an average of 20fps per shot so how are the claimed 10 shoots at half inch groups at 100 yards achieved out of an unregulated gun. They claim a barrel tension system gets you the groups. And the gun cost just 2000. dollars. What i did notice is that Mr hollowpoint didn't show the groups he shot oddly.2000 dollars for an unregulated stock barrel cheap low line bulldog.. think i would add 700. and get a american air arms high tech platform.

The Taurus can make 1/2 inch groups at 100 you do your part she will do hers, Mr.Hollowpoint has a video as well of a shoot at 50 all holes touching w185g, it is more than just a tensioned barrel, not just a CF sleeve thrown over the top. Custom work within the shroud help drop modulation that is measured electronically on each barrel and tuned for that barrel along with a tuned muzzle brake and actual barrel work. The extended tank, higher pressure and custom internal work provide good use of air while delivering good power performance. There is alot more than just drilling holes and slapping on a shroud. It does not need to be regulated to achieve these marks and it is no longer a cheap lowline bulldog. The goal was effective power performance with stable accuracy at distances greater that 50 yds and provide it at a cost effective price for folks who dont want to spend 3000 on an airgun for higher performance. It is not a slapped toghther air rifle, it is a culmination of months of cad work and testing scenarios to acheive the desired results.

I will concur that Veradium Air transforms these guns. I have the Bulldozer version tune and the difference is night and day. My Bulldog went from a gun I got in a trade and just didnt use to a GO TO for heavy hitting and accuracy. While I've not tested 'good' bullets out to 100 yards, I know that within 65 yards, I can keep good bullets touching. I'm looking for a cheaper alternative than the Vogel bullets for general practice and plinking I'd read about Matts Bullets and have an order placed with them so we'll see. In the mean time, this Bulldog is making me consider selling off some of my other .35's. They just dont compare.
