Your right about that. Last nights shots were anywhere’s from 14 yards out to 25 yards. At the longer distance spots, the rats weren’t showing up as regular as normal. The 25.39 redesigns are coming out at 945 fps. Hammer’s them.

All the shots are outside. He has a lot of smaller shed / buildings scattered around the property with a lot of different animals. Loads of rats. Covered in them. I walk around and setup at different locations to snipe them. I’ve videoed all the kills through my PARD night scope to. Great to download and watch later. Lots of my friends like to see the videos to.

@rut Nice work, they didn’t stand a chance. I’m sure your friend appreciates it too. Pards are decent pieces of gear. The LRFs are particularly nice units. How’d the Hades perform for you?

Went out for 45 minutes tonight and was able to take another 5 big fatties with the Delta Wolf. Shots were anywhere from 14-23 yards. Same ammo: JSB Redesigned 25.39’s

Basically ambushing them. My friend has about ten different out buildings scattered around his farm with different types of animals. There is feed of all types everywhere; so I just setup at different spots and snipe them. There’s loads of these things. And they get fat. Real fat. I’ve been videoing the kills through my PARD scope and putting the clips together using the iMovie app on my phone. Oh, and one rat didn’t make the photo op, because I couldn’t reach it with my tongs. I love sniping these things.

Geez rut....I envy you being able to snipe these huge norway rats like a shooting gallery! LOL! I hope to someday just get ONE of these! I get to snipe their smaller cousin rattus rsttus in my back yard.....much smaller! Great shooting! And....smart to dial power back a bit to sling more affordable ammo as you shoot so many of these rats! Don't waste your Redesigns! LOL!

Our rat permission has dried up the past few years. If we find another place, I’d be interested in one of those Pard units.

The PARD is such a game changer for sniping these things at night. Easy to operate to. And with five different profiles for different ammo you never have to re-sight in if you want to change pellets or slugs

Looks like a smaller version of the Norway (brown) rats I’m killing back east here. Bigger ears it looks like. What are they? Oops. Just saw where you said it was a mouse
