Apart from it being kinder on the seal, cleaning up the tool marks (albeit very fractionally increasing swept volume/ reducing lost volume) increased power by 0.6fpe too.....
Well worth buying (or making one as I did) if you're in to the older 35's, have used it a few times to clean the cylinder plug after resolving the pourous braze issue too (using loctite)i bought a similar device to do exactly that… that came out amazingly well … great job![]()
