Trying to find a moderator to quiet down my Atomic XR .177 . Have a 0db but its still loud for backyard use. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you in advanance.

Tune it down some / use a heavier pellet. A heavy pellet travels slower but still a .177 @ 20 FPE Max is still more noise .

The donny fly yokozuna has my vote. Super quiet is my lane and I have a 75 fpe rifle that draws no attention even in an hoa with close nosey neighbors with only a yokozuna that is 1 baffle segment shorter.

Have tried many, the Huggett Astille has been the most effective for me. After I got past the different shape I found it it to be most effective and I am predominantly shooting.177

I've got several Neil Clague's moderators. Love 'em. These are custom made so you will need to be patient. I use them mostly on my .22 and 25's. My .177's have shrouds that do the job of muffling the report.
The other thing to consider is, some of the noise you are hearing is due to the fact your ear is right on the gun. To have an understanding just how truly loud the report of the gun is, try standing a few feet away (or by the neighbor's house if that is the area of your concern) from the gun and have someone shoot it. I promise it's louder when you're shoot it.

I had a 22 atomic and I used a Sumo. I used my rifle to shoot rats at night, so I wanted absolute quiet
