I have both they work extremely well.
IMHO they improved accuracy because of the way they divert air away from the projectile.

There is no best, and how it performs depends on a lot of factors… including your expectations… This goes for any gun.
When I had my Impacts, I just used the cheap empty version that came with it. It did a good enough job compared to the others I had to test at the time.
Like @Impact701, my last couple rifles (not impacts) have preferred (for quietness and accuracy) either the Falx or Pugio that I have on hand.
You are usually splitting hairs between moderator sounds, and you would probably be happy with anything you put on there. I have deferred to accuracy above all else when choosing, because the sound difference usually isn’t enough to notice or make me care.

I think DonnyFL makes some of the best performing and best looking moderators out there. I have the “Sumo” on mine and it is great. They have one for every gun.

I've successfully tuned the Donnyfl Tatsu by adding a few grains of weight at a time and testing for accuracy till it tuned to specific conditions. Gets a little obsessive, lol.

like stated above there is no BEST moderator it all depends on application what may be quiet on one will be louder on another
another thing to consider is power level once you get into 60 70 fpe range you will definitely hear what works.
the stock fx mod works very well for a hollow can it's also light .

I love my DonnyFL YOKOZUMA, the fact that you can add and remove sections and customize it for your need, is priceless, and it does very good job at suppressing, works very well

Another vote for the fx stock unit with two centers. Empty, curlers or 3D printed interior bits....just works.

What caliber what barrel length, what power level? I have an fx donny, a ronin, and a yokozuna.
Hands down buy a yokozuna. Silence is my hangup I'm running 700mm 22 at 74 fpe with a tensioned barrel without a shroud and 1 baffle off the yokozuna for harmonic tuning reasons and it's quiet. The yokozuna or Ryu would be the only one I buy for my other fx gun. When I say quiet, I don't want to attract attention sorta quiet.
