Tuning MK3 Tuning Guide?

Hello Everyone. Happy New Year soon!

Looking around here,and can't seem to find extensive tuning info for the MK3. I have several barrels in different Cals. .22 .25 .30 All in 700mm.

Guess I'm wondering if there is a guide, Or "link" to suggested settings? Power wheel ,reg settings ect... I have plenty of ammo in every cal and weighs. Some light slugs as well. I do some hunting and some "Plinking". Just looking for starting points. Any links or your suggestions is greatly appreciated.
