MK Machining Turret Magnifier

I thought this little gadget might be something I needed. I make my turret tapes on Chairgun but the text size is small enough that I struggle to see my yardage marks without my readers and I can't shoot with them on. I ordered this MK turret magnifier and mounted it on my SIII on my Impact. What a difference... I didn't know what the material used to make the magnifier was but I just assumed aluminum. Turns out that it appears to be a printed item but for $24.99 that's ok. I think that although it works well that I'm going to have be extra careful with it as it's pretty flexible. It does come with two extra lenses which are very thin and flexible. I think they would probably scratch fairly easy too. Here's what they look like on my Impact..

Hey Jimmy it looks like a neat set up but I am curious to know if you have actually shot pellets at each of those ranges marked on the tape, and if each one was true so that your point of impact was dead on with your point of aim at each marked yardage?

What all above said...I've been looking at that to, but change scopes, mounts and guns to often!

I bought one, not real happy with it. The lens is not real clear & reflects to much glare. With a better lens, would be nice.

Hey Chuck, I've shot it out to about 140 but that the furthest so far. There it worked well enough to take a prairie dog. I really haven't had the opportunity to stretch it yet. Seems like most of my possible shots at the couple places I pest are under 150. The previous tape I had on it was marked by me but 110 was the max I could go at my back yard and out to the pasture range. It was however not a pretty sight to behold. A 150yd tape would probably be a little more realistic but heck you never know when a critter might present itself.
