I just ordered a new Umarex Mag. for the Thompson M1A1 legend. Now 90% of the trigger pulls are misfires/clicks....have to keep pulling the bolt back and pulling the trigger to finally get it to fire. Anyone seen this before?

I had a similar problem with my MP40. I’m guessing Umarex uses a common select fire mechanism for both of these.
I just posted a description of the repair in the general forum. Turns out it was a broken dowel pin. Had to pull it apart to repair. The old pin was just mild steel, the new one will be tempered stainless.
