Minwax Antique Oil on Gunstocks

I'm still working on my stock work ....Something like a BullBoss deserves a true Jedi Master of gun finishing .

I used this for my last refinish. The only thing I did differently was I put on several coats of BLO oil sanded down to 400 grit before I applied the antique finish. After the antique finish I buffed it with a buffing system (Beal) that applied carnuba wax.

Strait up carnauba bowling alley wax gives a very hard finish and look great.
