Haven't ordered much from Midway before besides some pellets but their packaging for pellets suck bad so haven't ordered much from them in a long while. Trying some Crimson Trace scopes from them and had to return one, the process is super smooth! Their website instantly created a free return shipping label, just today they sent me an email saying they got the returned item and will process the return in 3-7 days. Very cool and efficient, I definitely will give them my business even if I'm not sure that's exactly what I want. 2 thumbs up!
EDIT: Cool thing for me is the whole process I didn't need to call or talk to a person, their system is spot on. BTW I still won't order pellets from them unless it's cast iron crosman pellets.
