Micro Nano Mini Air Gauges

I have a few gauges (2 are Ninja brand) that go on CO2 or HPA bottles. Do they require a special socket to remove?

Crescent wrench or socket that fits. I would put tape around it first to not mark the finish then Teflon tape on the threads or their black one if included.

Paintball tank. They generally mount them with a hose remotely to the gun. Lots of stuff bleeds over between paintball and air rifles. The paintball HPA tanks have been mounted on air rifles at least as far back as the QB's. The Gauntlet uses the same idea...regulator on a HPA bottle.

A metric socket that is the same size as the gauge (25mm is typical) or a crescent wrench adjusted to the flats of the gauge will easily loosen one. Once it is loose you can unscrew it by hand.

Thanks guys. I was just wondering if they had a special socket like the old oil pressure switches from the 70's through 90's American made cars. I wasn't finding one so thought I'd ask.

I was trying to tighten the leaking gauge on a 1720T and the gauge face distorted from the force of an adjustable Crescent wrench. D'oh!!!

I use a properly sized socket now and all is good.
