I've not played with a Notos, but HAVE played with other budget options. So take this as generalizations....the entry-priced options are usually made with softer metal in important areas like trigger components, often have minimal to no aftermarket support (warranties/parts/service), and mystery barrels, among other negatives. A RAW on the other hand......well, the opposite.
If a guy is only looking at FPE as a metric for "performance," sure, the Notos and the RAW Micro might be similar, but in all other regards the RAW is gonna be roughly 5 times better ($300x5). As
@L.Leon alluded to, the RAW will be performing at a high level in 15+ years, that Notos will be in a landfill. Factor in usable lifespan and the value between the two options in your comparison evens itself out.
