I love mousing. It’s how I test my slug guns for consistency and most of all, as good or better than pellet accuracy. I have two mouse hotspots. One at 42 yards, woodpile and one at 70 yards, big pine tree. I usually get more than 30 a year. They just started appearing two nights ago after their winter slumber. They are very challenging targets at distance. Best of all, I don’t ever feel guilty for shooting them. And for as tiny as they are, I’ve had some giant poppers when I hit them head on facing me.
