Maxtrouble: It is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that you contact me.

@maxtrouble, your recent post alerting the community of a Whiscombe for sale on AOA’s website was the conditio sine qua non (a Latin legal term for "[a condition] without which it could not be", "but for...", or "without which [there is] nothing." - THE essential action/condition) for what just happened. A few minutes ago I finished unboxing a for all intensive purposes NOS Whiscombe JW80 MK2 in a beautiful English walnut thumbhole FT stock.

PM me with your cell phone #, I would really like to talk to you and send you something to show my gratitude and appreciation. You are obviously a top notch airgunner, always alerting the community to deals/sales, and positive contributions in general. PM me, please.

Darren’s ***INSTRUCTIONS*** in ALL CAPS are to the point and powerful:

Fantastic! It's not every day you can snag up something that is literally worthy of articles being written about it going up for sale, congratulations on the sweet rifle!

And LOVE that you're going to show appreciation for the person who helped make it happen. How awesome, wish the whole world worked like this. :). Ya'll made me smile today.

Let’s see this beauty!
A partially seen shipping box and off center fore-end screws don’t do it justice
Back in February 20 2020 member whyzee reported seeing a Beeman branded SLR 98 for sale...I immediately tracked it down and bought it and still have it today, serviced by David Slade. May not be a Whiscombe but still a rare find reported by a great AGN member, whom I become friends with...I went back through my posts to verify the date. The add is still there "Sold", I look at it now and then and chuckle...Thanks again whyzee...and AGN!
