Maverick sling mount pics

After my first time squirrel hunting trip the other day, I started looking for a better way to carry the Maverick besides from the side rail. Here is what I came up with. Much easier and it hangs straight down like an AR would.

Which DonnyFL are you running on your Maverick? I was thinking about putting a bigger bottle on mine. However I didn't believe there was enough clearance to screw on a moderator with the bigger 480 or 580cc bottles.

The Tanto is on right now, but I also have a KOI that will fit as well.. The original FX one doesn't have enough clearance.

Both the DonnyFL Tanto and Koi fit all the FX bottle guns with short barrels and 480 or 580cc bottles. None of the DonyFL FX moderators will fit that combo, nor will any other DonnyFL moderator. For what its worth, I have also tried the 0dB and Hugget Bellita moderators and they will not fit either (at least, not without rubbing on the bottle). The same is true if you try to convert a Wildcat MKIII Sniper into a hybrid Compact (i.e., using a short compact barrel -500mm - with the longer 300cc airtube of the Sniper).

I have the same type mount and sling on my Taipan,so far seems to work well and doesn't get in the way when shouldering.
