Maverick Bottle Housing

Anyone have the annoying issue where the bottle intake housing rotates since it isnt under pressure and cants the bottle to the side since it is off-set in which the rails then shave it like a razor???
There needs to be a bottom flat spacer to keep that from happening.

Yes, happens with most all guns !

There's an o-ring that seals the cylinder, bottle adapter to the receiver. So the adapter (or the regulator on the RTI guns) can move around 1/2 or 3/4 turns before "bottoming" in the receiver.

1 - Just fully screw the adapter into the receiver, and stop "about" where you want the rotation to be.
2 - Then screw cylinder onto the adapter snugly.
3 - Reposition the adapter in the rotation that you want it.
4 - Fill with air, being cautious not to move the adapter while filling.

Like you, both of my RTI guns, the regulator is mostly snug, in that the gauges are not facing at a 90° angle to the side of the gun. Although...neither are "tight" !
