I would like to order o-rings from the oringstore.com and am wondering if there is a list that shows the size and quantity of the o-rings needed to seal the gen 2 maurader in 25 caliber (if caliber matters).

As far as I know only the barrel oring #2-010 is specific to the .25 Marauder. The rest I don't have a list.

You will need to do a little cross referencing with the oring store but should be able to work it out ok.

Crosman will be the best price ( normally) not 100% sure about parts right now as they seems to be changing (moving?) a lot of thing and current a bit of a work in progress, worth a call tho.
Some people like the 2 rebuild kit's from https://www.captainoring.com/apps/search?q=marauder naturally a call to verify would be nice.
Naturally Ace Hardware or such would be the least expensive and fastest if you have one on the way home or such and they will work just fine.

The barrel O-ring -010 and tube O-rings -118 are the ones to stock up on. Just a few of the others, is plenty.
Crosman's minimum piece price is $1.15 an item $4 shipping. So you can compare to O-ring store.
