Recived my Brand new matador r5m in 177 from edgun.shop two days ago, yesterday i noticed some marks on the shroud and saw that the shroud is hitting the knurled part of the airtube.
Tried to loosen the barrel and allign the shroud so its level to the picrail. To around 10foot lbs, is’nt that around 13,5newton meter for us europeans?
even just handtight the shroud was touching the airtube. So i figured lest check the airtube, only a couple of mm would cause this, so i follow the instuctions in the manual and ofc youtube. By loosening the 4mm hex bolt and pushing down the sled and tighten it to the frame. But it is not possible to love the airtube more than one mm up and down maximum. How on the earth should it the be possible to pull it out?
i am an engineer and have rebuilt mye old r3 so i figured the r5m would be a walk in the park…..
