My brother owns a benjamin marauder in 25 cal, pellets keep gettin jammed as he cycles the bolt, mostly jsb pellets, has this happened to anyone else

Most likely cause are:
1. failing to pull the bolt AAALLLLLLLLL the way back, causing double feeds and jams.
2. a bad magazine.

My P-rod was feeling rough during the pellet shoving process earlier today. I wiped out the magazine recess, and wiped off the breech end of the reciever where the magazine fits over.....and it went back to smooth loading.
Probably a little piece of grit in that area.

the transfer port may likely have a burr on it which snags the pellet as it is being pushed into the barrel with the bolt/probe.
very common issue and it shears the pellet, often causing some inaccuracy/misalignment of the pellet in the barrel.
If you remove the barrel and try sliding a bamboo skewer over the transfer port you may feel the burr and it will shave the skewer.
Guys who tune marauders usually carefully remove the burr with a dremel and ball grinding tool.
