I’ve seen a side lever breech for the marauder in .177 and .22 online, but it’s rather expensive. I feel like this has probably been brought up a lot before, but what if we got Steve to represent us and tell Crosman to make a side lever standard for the marauder haha? ;D

love to see one, but considering the heavy bolt pull, how well does it work? The side lever guns that I've used have a much lighter bolt pull and such. Just wondering. It'd be nice to see a kit to retrofit older guns like mine!

Well, at $230 for the new breech, that's half the price of the gun new. Does seem to be a bit pricey upgrade. Of course, one of the great parts of air gunning is that you can do upgrades like this fairly easily. We'll have to keep watching and see if anyone has one that can give feedback.

The JSAirRrifle website indicates they are taking pre-orders. Not much info listed other than the lever mechanism makes it "very easy to cock" and "will have a fully supported barrel for optimum stability". The photo shows an integrated picatinny top rail.
