Marauder Pistol fill problem

Hey all,
I have a new (week old) Marauder Pistol. It's having issues filling correctly. I'm using the Pyramid Air hand pump that came with My Marauder Rifle. This pump has no issues with the Marauder Rifle (I tried it last night with the rifle and it filled it right up).

When I fill the pistol, the gauge on both the pump and the pistol will show 3k, but when I release the bleed valve the pressure goes way down, sometimes even lower than my starting pressure.

Any ideas? I'd call Pyramid, but it's the weekend and they are closed.

Is this possible to fix on my own?

Disappointing that this is happening to a new gun.

Probably the check valve sticking or something on the fill nipple. Ideally de-gas entirely, then remove and inspect or warranty.

I'd put a couple drops of Silicone oil in the hose end and pump it through the fill valve on the gun, sometimes the o-ring gets dry and won't seat properly.

if that doesn't work, replace the fill Valve, call Crosman they might send you a new one since it is under warranty.

Could be just the fill valve O-ring.
