im a big fan of the UTG dovetail adapters, it really opens up your options for rings and they work good, got them on a couple of rigs .. anyway its just a straight ring with about a 3/4" saddle height .. not sure if thats tall or medium, but add the adapter height and it clears a 50mm bell which is around 2 1/2" with a cover and will be about 3/16 off the shroud .. using dovetail specific ring you might get away with a 3/4" saddle height but it will be close, 7/8" would be better i think ...
