Marauder fill port…in stock anywhere?

I recently bought a yong heng compressor to use with my two Marauders (.22 and .177). The coupler connects fine with the .177 but the foster fill port on the 22 is slightly shorter and the coupler will not lock in place. So, I’m now in search of a new fill port for the 22 and can’t seem to find them anywhere.

FYI my manual pump connects to both rifles just fine, but the YH doesn’t fully seat on the 22 which has a black anodized looking fitting.

any help is greatly appreciated. After using a compressor I never want to hand pump again!

I considered that except that I don’t know that there is anything wrong with the YH coupler and it connects to the .177 rifle just fine. The port on the .22 however is clearly not an original part…it’s a bit shorter than the .177 port.

Is there a different female coupler available that is functional on the normal marauder port and whatever the hell shorter version that’s on my 22?

That would definitely be easier to swap, so if anyone knows of a different female coupler I’d love to try that first.

looks like it’s a 10mm straight thread to flat faced nylon seal, and then whatever the foster fitting is? 8mm foster fitting? Sorry, I’m not familiar with hoses and fittings for this stuff. Ironically I’m a mechanical engineer and work with hydraulics and fuel systems all the time…but not so savvy with air gun fittings.

There is no standard for the QR Foster fittings. That can often be a problem when trying to find replacements that werq.

You need to replace the male foster on the gun. It is likely NPT and it has a check valve inside of it.

The stock Crosman part will fit the YH female fitting.  3C 1761-106 NIPPLE, ADAPTER

You can call Crosman and order it. 1‐800‐724‐7486

You will need to give out your CCard# over the phone to get it.

There are many others around and getting one that will fit is not as hard as it used to be. Another way to get it might be through;

Joe Brancato at 714-907-0067

Let him know what you need. He has many US made fittings I expect one of them will werq.
